Fund Operations Officer at FCSL Asset Management Company

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor all fund-related transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and distributions.
• Reconcile cash, securities, and net asset values (NAVs) across internal systems and custodians in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date records of fund holdings, trades, and investor activities.
• Assist in the daily/weekly/monthly valuation and pricing of funds.
• Ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades and fund transfers.
• Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, brokers, and other third parties.
• Support audit processes and prepare documentation for internal/external reviews.
• Monitor and report exceptions, breaches, or discrepancies to management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational risk controls.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in business-related field 
• 3 – 5 years previous experience in a similar role
• Master’s degree will be an added advantage
