    Front Officer Supervisor

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise the daily activities of the front desk team to ensure smooth hotel operations.
    • Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures to ensure efficiency and excellent service.
    • Ensure all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
    • Coordinate room reservations and ensure accurate booking records.
    • Train and guide front desk staff to maintain high customer service standards.
    • Monitor front office performance and report operational issues to management.
    • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
    • Ensure proper communication between the front office and other hotel departments.
    • Assist in resolving guest concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and hospitality standards.

    Education and Work Experience:

    • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration.
    • 1–3 years of experience in a front office role within the hospitality industry.
    • Prior supervisory experience is an added advantage.
    • Good knowledge of hotel front desk operations and reservation systems.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
    • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
