Front Office Manager at Design Union

A classy boutique hotel located in Victoria Island, Lagos requires the services of the below professional;

JOB SUMMARY

• Managing the activities of both the front office and night management.
• Managing the revenue of the front office i.e. room rates, budget forecast, promos (where applicable).
• Be available to meet and welcome VIP guests.
• Handling guests complaints and queries in the best professional way.
• Prepare analytical monthly reports.
• Train staff members on telephone etiquette.
• Report and follow up on pending room maintenance issues.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• B.sc (1st Class or 2nd Class) in Hotel management, Social Science, Humanities or other related qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar position

REQUIRED SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Sound understanding of hotel management, systems and control.
