Front Desk & Social Media Officer at Mase Contractors

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, and handling inquiries in a professional manner.
• Manage reception operations including visitor logs, appointments, correspondence, and maintaining a neat front desk area.
• Provide administrative support such as filing, scheduling, and office supply management.
• Handle customer service needs, addressing complaints or requests and escalating where necessary.
• Assist in managing the company’s social media presence by creating, scheduling, and posting content across platforms.
• Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and monitor online inquiries.
• Track and report social media engagement, trends, and feedback to management.
• Represent the company brand consistently both in-person at the front desk and online through social media activities.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / SSCE / HND / B.Sc Degree with 1-3 years of relevant work experience. 

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
