• As the Front Desk Officer, you will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth front-office operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
• Maintain visitor logs, schedules, and basic office records
• Support administrative tasks including documentation and filing
• Coordinate internal communication and assist management when required

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification
• 1–2 years’ experience in a front desk or administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
