Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive office image.
Provide administrative support, such as managing mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
Track and report visitor logs and administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email platforms.
