    Front Desk & Customer Service Executive

    • Are you smart, presentable, and people-oriented with excellent communication skills? We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate should be courteous, confident, well-organized, and capable of handling administrative and front desk responsibilities efficiently.

    Requirements:

    • 1–2 years of experience in a front desk / customer service, administrative, or customer-facing role (NYSC experience is acceptable).
    • Must be ready to resume immediately.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
    • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Must be well-groomed and presentable at all times.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and attend to clients, guests, and walk-in customers professionally.
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
    • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
    • Schedule meetings and manage appointment bookings.
    • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
    • Maintain office supplies and inventory.
