Role Description

• This is a contract, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Benin City.
• The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring quality service, and maintaining high standards of food hygiene.
• The role includes managing staff, training employees, maintaining inventory, budgeting and cost control, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• The manager will coordinate with suppliers, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Training employees
• Experience in Budgeting and cost control
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in Benin City
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the hotel industry is a plus
