Field Sales Representative, Carpentry & Interior Woodwork at Marsand Bespoke Joinery Limited

Job Summary

• As our Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our brand, meeting potential clients, conducting site visits, understanding their needs, and offering tailored woodwork and interior solutions.
• This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move, building relationships, and closing sales in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through site visits, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Visit potential clients (homes, offices, construction sites) to understand project needs and present solutions.
• Promote our range of services, including custom kitchens, wardrobes, doors, and interior fittings.
• Take initial measurements and gather design requirements (collaborating with the design team when needed).
• Prepare and submit quotations in collaboration with the factory and admin teams.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and contractors.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and report progress to management.
• Represent the company professionally at all times with integrity and confidence.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, construction, or the furniture industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence in meeting clients in person and discussing technical needs.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry or interior fittings is an added advantage.
• Must be result-driven, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Must be able to travel within Lagos and its environs.
• Reside in or near Awoyaya/Sangotedo, or be willing to work from our office location.

• Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly plus commission on closed sales.
