    Field Sales Agent

    Responsibilities

    • Identifying and pursuing potential customers through various methods like cold calling, networking, and leveraging marketing leads.
    • Establishing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to understand their needs and foster repeat business.
    • Delivering effective presentations and demonstrations of products or services to showcase their value and benefits.
    • Negotiating and closing sales, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the customer
    • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory.
    • Managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including preparing proposals and following up on leads.
    • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Tracking sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform sales strategies and reporting.
    • Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment of sales strategies.

    Requirements / Key Skills

    • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE with 2 - 4 years work experience. 
    • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to clearly articulate product benefits and build rapport with customers.
    • Strong Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals.
    • Sales Acumen: The ability to understand customer needs, present solutions, and close deals.
    • Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate effectively and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Time Management and Organization: The ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and address customer concerns and challenges.
    • Product Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the products or services being sold.
    • Market Knowledge: Awareness of market trends and competitor activities.
    • Adaptability and Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing situations and customer needs.
