Conduct face-to-face visits to customers' homes or workplaces for overdue payment collection or negotiation.
Reach out to unavailable or unresponsive customers through various communication channels.
Thoroughly document all field activities and outcomes, including customer information
Maintain a professional demeanor to uphold the company's reputation during interactions.
Work closely with supervisors to develop effective strategies for contacting delinquent and unreachable customers.
Provide recommendations for further action if payment cannot be secured or a resolution reached.
Job Requirement
Proven experience in debt collection, customer service, or a related field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations.
Experience in a financial institution or collections agency.
