JOB DESCRIPTION

• The successful candidate will be responsible for
• Preparing a very detailed report on the day-to-day farm activities for an onward report to management
• Clearly communicate the vision of top management to farm hands
• Allocate duties to staff
• Train new staff on their roles
• Ensure operations are carried out seamlessly
• Supervising farm operations
•  Reporting all inputs and outputs from farm

QUALIFICATION

•  Minimum OND in Agriculture or Agriculture related course from a recognized institution of learning.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a farm. Those that have worked on a Pig farm have added advantage
• Experience in Piggery is an added advantage
