Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent and experienced Boiler/Farm Supervisor to oversee boiler operations and support farm-related utility processes.
• The ideal candidate will ensure efficient steam generation, proper maintenance of boiler systems, and smooth coordination with farm/production activities while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily boiler operations to ensure consistent and efficient steam supply.
• Monitor boiler parameters (pressure, temperature, water levels) and ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee routine inspection, maintenance, and servicing of boiler systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate with farm/production teams to meet operational demands.
• Supervise boiler operators and support staff, ensuring adherence to procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs of boiler operations, maintenance, and incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve boiler-related issues promptly.
• Ensure proper water treatment and chemical dosing for boiler efficiency.
• Monitor fuel consumption and optimize usage to reduce operational costs.

Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in boiler operations, preferably in a farm, FMCG, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of boiler systems (steam boilers, water tube/fire tube systems).
• Understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supervising technical teams.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
