    Factory Resident Auditor

    Requirement:

    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Audit & Assurance within a similar organisation.
    • Minimum of a first degree in any numerate discipline.

    Key Job Roles

    • Assist in the development, implementation, and review of audit programs, plans, and policies.
    • Review records and transactions (both physical and electronic) to assess compliance with relevant policies, standards, laws, and regulations.
    • Identify control weaknesses, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and recommend practical solutions to address them.
    • Collaborate with finance, production, and warehouse teams to resolve audit issues and strengthen internal controls.
    • Maintain and manage audit documentation for easy retrieval and follow-up on corrective actions.
    • Conduct periodic reviews of transactions, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance.
    • Assist in investigations of fraud, waste, abuse, and inefficiencies, and make recommendations for preventive or remedial actions.
    • Carry out any other responsibilities as may be assigned.
