Job Summary

• The Factory HR Manager will oversee and lead all HR functions within the manufacturing plant, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, training, and performance management.
• The role ensures smooth operations and fosters a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with factory business objectives.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention of factory staff.
• Oversee attendance, payroll, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws).
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Lead training, safety programs, and skill development initiatives.
• Drive performance management, appraisals, and workforce productivity.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and support internal and external audits.
• Foster a positive work culture and promote employee engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, compliance, and industrial relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems and MS Office.
