    Facility Liaison Officer (Cloud Equipment)

     

    • Ensure that all medical equipment is in good working order and ready for daily use by medical personnel
    • Evaluate the performance of the medical equipment and make recommendations for improvement
    • Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure that medical equipment is in good working condition at all times
    • Inspect the medical equipment to make sure that it meets safety regulations and standards of quality
    • Maintain inventory records of all medical equipment and supplies
    • Attend to the client’s repair calls, escalating as necessary to the engineering team and to the Operations Lead
    • Seek to exceed customer expectations by listening to suggestions, recommendations, complaints and report to the Operations Lead
    • Work closely with the Operations Lead to improve processes in the medical Facility.
    • Design and promote good customer management culture
    • Adhere to organisational policies as approved by the management
    • Elicit collaboration amongst all employees and departments in order to achieve work goals
    • Work closely with the marketing team to expand our customer and maintain a competitive edge amid our competitors
    • Prepare situation reports (SITREP) for the Operations Lead as instructed
    • Performs other related duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • 2-3 years' prior work experience in operations management, equipment maintenance or a similar role particularly within the healthcare sector
    • Demonstrable basic knowledge of general maintenance procedures of HVAC/electrical/mechanical systems
    • A university/polytechnic degree in facility management, engineering, business administration or a relevant field
    • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
    • Must have problem solving skills as you will be the first point of contact when issues arise
    • Knowledge of Health Safety Environment is a huge advantage

    Benefits
