• All documents must be filled, signed, and stamped.
• Company Profile
• Quotation must be on Company letterhead alongside SGDI RFQ.
• All bids must be sealed in an envelope and marked with instructions, Lot details and  description
• Note that successful bidders who submitted their bid via the online option must present a hard copy of the submission before completing the award process.
• All unsealed and late bids will automatically be disqualified
• A means of identification (ID, such as NIN, driver's license, etc.) of any member of the  company should be part of the sealed envelope
• Bids will be evaluated on the following criteria, including but not limited to price, quality, and  delivery time.
• Company must show evidence of previous experience in delivering such work in terms of  nature and/or size of work
