The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for the GCEO, providing administrative and logistical support to ensure efficient and effective information exchange with employees, timely and accurate completion of tasks, professional formatting of internal and external communications, effective documentation of discussions and appropriate assignment of action items, smooth coordination of events and speaking engagements, comprehensive and accurate record-keeping, effective management of the GCEO's calendar and appointments, and smooth and efficient travel planning for the executive, thereby playing a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the GCEO's office and contributing to the overall success of the company or organization.
