Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. 
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence. 
• Coordinate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders. 
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables. 
• Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism. 
• Support project coordination and special assignments. 
• Anticipate executive needs and provide proactive administrative support. 

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced organization. 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
• Strong organizational and time management abilities. 
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity. 
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital productivity tools. 
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and  work independently.
