    Event/Lounge Coordinator

    • Event Planning and Coordination: The coordinator is responsible for the overall planning and execution of events, Pool Parties, Club, and social gatherings. This involves understanding client needs and preferences, and translating them into actionable plans. 
    • Budget Management: Developing and managing event budgets is crucial. The coordinator must allocate funds appropriately, monitor expenses, and ensure that the event stays within budget constraints. 
    • Scheduling: Ensure event timelines are followed and that all departments are aligned.
    • On-Site Coordination: Oversee the event on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
    • Client Interaction: Regular communication with clients is vital to ensure their needs are met. This includes conducting consultations to understand their vision, providing updates, and addressing any concerns that may arise. 
    • Event Execution: On the day of the event, the coordinator is responsible for overseeing the entire process, ensuring that everything runs according to plan. They address any issues that arise and make quick decisions to keep the event on track. 
    • Post-Event Activities: After the event, the coordinator may conduct follow-up meetings with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction. They may also handle any necessary evaluations or reports regarding the event\'s success.
