We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Surveyor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will lead the planning, execution, and management of real estate projects while mentoring junior staff and ensuring client satisfaction.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Requirements
HND / Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Surveying, or a related field.
Membership in relevant professional bodies (e.g., NIESV, ESVARBON).
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in estate surveying and valuation.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
