ERP Manager at Foodco Limited

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Manager at FoodCo Nigeria Limited in Lagos. The ERP Manager will be responsible for;

ERP System Management: 

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the current ERP system, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance.
•  Monitor system performance; identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Implement regular system updates and patches to maintain security and functionality.
• Manage user access and permissions to ensure data security and integrity.

Process Optimization: 

• Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the effective utilization of the ERP system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance operational efficiency.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Extract and analyse relevant data from the ERP system to generate insightful reports.
• Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure system performance and business outcomes.

System Upgrades and Enhancements:

• Evaluate the current ERP system's capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
• Research and recommend potential system upgrades or new ERP solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Lead the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

User Training and Support:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to empower users to effectively utilize the ERP system.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and user manuals. 

Qualifications

• Business Process Improvement and Business Process skills
• Analytical Skills
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) expertise
• Project Management experience
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• An MBA will be an added advantage

Required Skills/Abilities

• Proven experience in ERP implementation especially in retail, configuration, and management. 
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, including modules such as finance, HR, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
