Job Summary

• Assess the primary risks facing the bank and identify risk mitigation measures through the use of Risk Management Graduation Model (RMGM).
• Create and disseminate risk measurements and reports
• Managing the risks associated with the different Units in the bank (Enterprise Risk Management) and following up to ensure compliance on all observations.
• Handles customer’s complaints via Toll-Free Telephone Line, investigates arising situations and reports to the Unit Head for the bank’s management action.
• Checking of Loan Officer’s daily transactions.
• Quality control.
• Calling over of transactions
• And any other ad hoc assignment.
