    Restaurant Cashier

    Duties

    • Take customer orders at the counter.
    • Receive payments and present change to customers.
    • Pack food items neatly.
    • Appeal to impatient or irritated customers, especially during rush hours.
    • Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations.
    • Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period.

    Requirements

    • Candidates must have an SSCE and OND qualification.
    • A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a fast food restaurant is an added advantage.
    • Excellent mathematical and multitasking abilities.
    • Basic knowledge of computers and other machines required for transactions.
    • Outstanding customer relations skills and the ability to ensure a customer-priority culture
    • Ability to work with flexibility on a shift basis.

    Office Assistant

    Job Description

    • We are recruiting to fill the position of an Office Assistant whose key responsibilities are to keep the office area organised and clean and interface between visitors and administrative Staff.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintaining the office common areas and equipment
    • Ensuring the office area is clean and well organized at all times
    • Welcomingvisitorsand directing them appropriately and notifyingthe appropriate office of visitor’s presence
    • Monitor level of office supplies and handle shortages by ordering new materials as needed
    • Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, courier deliveries, and other correspondence.
    • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and delivering letters, messages and packages to the appropriate office
    • Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

    Requirements

    • SSCE with 1 year of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
    • Oral and written communication skills
    • The ability to multitask and work without supervision
    • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills

    • Basic computer skills and working knowledge of office equipment such as photocopiers and printers.

    Accountant (FMCG)

    Job Description

    • We are looking to engage a business-savvy accountant for its branches
    • Preferred candidates must have prior experience in the FMCG sector.

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting management in the decision-making process by monitoring the budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Coordinating the weekly and monthly stocktaking
    • Examining financial records to check for accuracy
    • Ensure the brand's cash management and banking activities are efficiently carried out.
    • Handling the stock reconciliation and inventory monitoring
    • Collecting and analyzing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates for the brand.
    • Perform general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, capital expenditure schedules, and the production of management reports for the brand.
    • Generate monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting.

    Reports Required:

    • Monthly P&L report
    • Monthly Stock Reconciliation and Variance Report.
    • Others.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Banking and Finance.
    • Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, ICMA, ICAN, etc.)
    • A minimum of 3 years experience in the hospitality or FMCG sector is a must
    • Proficiency in Excel is a must, and knowledge of i-class will be an added advantage.
    • High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level.
    • Business savvy
    • Detail-oriented with expert knowledge of (GAAP) accounting procedures and financial reporting practices.
    • Working knowledge of i-class or any other accounting software is an advantage.
