About the Role
- They are seeking for a motivated and passionate Entry-Level Reservation Executive.
- This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have completed training in Ticketing/GDS and are eager to build a career in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle flight reservations and ticket bookings.
- Assist with ticket revalidation, reissuance, and cancellations.
- Respond to customer travel inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners.
- Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and travel advisory support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate with training in Ticketing/GDS.
- Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
