Engineering Team Lead at Monument Distillers Nigeria Limited

• We are currently recruiting a highly skilled Engineering Team Lead to drive efficiency and prod our plant.
• This role ensures steady utility supply, asset upkeep, and project execution, all while driving cost-efficiency and safety compliance to support seamless production.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead timely preventive and corrective maintenance for all plant equipment, building & roads.
• Plan and execute scheduled servicing, emergency repairs, and annual equipment overhauls.
• Manage spare parts inventory, eliminate obsolete stock, and ensure procurement compliance
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation and plant inventory Systems.
• Develop and monitor the engineering budget to align spending with strategic goals.
• Uphold engineering standards, safety protoco s, and the availability of necessary tools.
• Build a high-performing team through training, performance reviews, and Strong leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• B.Sc./HND in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution
• Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing, including 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong background in engineering and project management, with proven leadership skills
• Proficient in CAD tools, technical reporting, and continuous improvement practices
