We are currently recruiting a highly skilled Engineering Team Lead to drive efficiency and prod our plant.
This role ensures steady utility supply, asset upkeep, and project execution, all while driving cost-efficiency and safety compliance to support seamless production.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead timely preventive and corrective maintenance for all plant equipment, building & roads.
Plan and execute scheduled servicing, emergency repairs, and annual equipment overhauls.
Manage spare parts inventory, eliminate obsolete stock, and ensure procurement compliance
Maintain accurate engineering documentation and plant inventory Systems.
Develop and monitor the engineering budget to align spending with strategic goals.
Uphold engineering standards, safety protoco s, and the availability of necessary tools.
Build a high-performing team through training, performance reviews, and Strong leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
B.Sc./HND in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution
Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing, including 3 years in a supervisory role
Strong background in engineering and project management, with proven leadership skills
Proficient in CAD tools, technical reporting, and continuous improvement practices
