    Ecommerce Manager

    Job Description:

    We are a fast-growing retail and e-commerce company specializing in mobile accessories including power banks, Earpods, and chargers. Delivering innovative, high-quality, and trend-forward products to consumers across multiple channels. We thrive on data to drive customer satisfaction, optimize operations, and stay ahead of industry trends.

    We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Ecommerce Manager to oversee all aspects of the Ecommerce team. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product uploads, inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment coordination.
    • Create and implement strategies to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and retention while aligning with overall business goals.
    • Optimize User Experience (UX) and Ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and regularly updated to improve navigation, load speed, and checkout processes
    • Monitor , Analyze Performance Metrics and Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and average order value to inform decisions and improve performance.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute SEO, email marketing, social media, PPC, and affiliate campaigns
    • Manage Product Listings and ensure product information (descriptions, images, pricing) is accurate, engaging, and optimized for search visibility.
    • Oversee Customer Service Standards and support teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication, returns handling, and feedback management.
    • Liaise with logistics, IT, finance, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth end-to-end e-commerce operations.
    • Ensure accurate product listings, inventory sync, pricing, and fulfillment processes.
    • Ensure accurate and timely listing of products, pricing, and availability across all e-commerce platforms.
    • Work with customer service teams to resolve issues and ensure high satisfaction throughout the buyer journey.
    • Ensure that the e-commerce platform adheres to industry regulations, data privacy standards, and payment security protocols.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
    • A Master’s degree (MBA or similar) is an added advantage.
    • 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail management.
    • Proven track record of driving online sales and managing e-commerce operations.
    • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce).
    • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), product information management (PIM), and order management systems (OMS).
    • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
    • Ability to develop strategies based on data insights and business objective
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving digital environments.
