We are seeking passionate and skilled Early Years Educators with proven experience in Montessori and EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) methodologies to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities aligned with Montessori and EYFS standards.
Create a safe, stimulating, and child-centered learning environment.
Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress while tailoring learning to individual needs.
Encourage creativity, independence, and problem-solving in young learners.
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Foster holistic development – academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth.
Contribute to school-wide early years events and activities.
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Formal training and hands-on experience in Montessori and EYFS methods (minimum of 2 years).
Strong classroom management and child engagement skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic personality.
