This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Operations Manager located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
The Ecommerce Operations Manager will oversee daily e-commerce operations, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure the accuracy of product listings.
This role includes analyzing sales data, optimizing the online shopping experience, and responding to customer inquiries.
The E-commerce Operations Manager will also collaborate with marketing and IT teams to enhance website functionality and user experience.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
A master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is an added advantage.
6–8+ years of experience in commercial or sales roles.
Experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
Skills in sales data analysis and product listing accuracy.
Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth.
Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
