    HVAC Technician

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install, maintain, and repair a variety of ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and associated equipment.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and operational efficiency.
    • Execute precise installation, including gas welding, for Split AC units.
    • Maintain accurate daily logs and detailed records of all maintenance, repair, and installation activities.
    • Strictly adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

    Relevant work experience / Qualification

    • Possession of a Higher National Diploma (HND), Ordinary National Diploma (OND), or a recognized Trade Test Certification.
    • 3-6 years of practical work experience as an AC Technician or in a similar HVAC-related role.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in working with diverse HVAC systems, including Air Conditioners, Refrigerator units, and heating pump systems.
    • Strong practical skills in connecting pipes, precise copper pipe brazing, and effective duct insulation.

    Storekeeper

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the receiving, stocking, and dispatching of goods, track inventory levels, and ensure accurate record-keeping. 
    • Coordinate daily warehouse activities, manage stock layout, and implement procedures to improve efficiency. 
    • Maintaining a meticulous record of all items in the store, ensuring accuracy and completeness in inventory management.
    • Collaborating with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock and efficient utilization of resources.
    • Conducting regular stock checks and audits to verify inventory levels and address discrepancies promptly.
    • Utilizing computerized inventory management systems to track stock movements, generate reports, and analyze trends for informed decision-making.
    • Ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the storage area to uphold high standards of hygiene and workplace safety.
    • Providing support during inventory counts, reconciliations, and year-end audits to maintain data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor\'s Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in accounting or business-related discipline. 
    • Minimum of  4 years of experience in storekeeping or a warehouse environment, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory position.
    • Knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), including physical counts, cycle counts, reporting, and discrepancy reconciliation.
