Job Summary

• We're seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy E-commerce Coordinator to assist in managing our online store operations.
• The successful candidate will ensure seamless day-to-day e-commerce activities, optimize customer experience, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Process and fulfil orders efficiently and resolve order discrepancies and customer complaints
• Inventory Management: Monitor and update product inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking
• Product Management: Create and maintain accurate product listings and optimize product images and descriptions.
• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and resolve customer issues promptly
• Marketing and Promotions: Assist in planning and executing online promotions and coordinate social media content
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor sales, website traffic, and customer engagement metrics and provide insights for business improvement
• Website Maintenance: Ensure website updates and maintenance, and troubleshoot technical issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of e-commerce experience
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento)
• Familiarity with payment gateways and shipping integrations.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with social media management tools
• Graphic design skills
• Familiarity with email marketing software.
