Key Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt delivery of food and beverage items to clients and outlets.
- Handle all products with care, maintaining hygiene and temperature standards.
- Accurately record delivery details and obtain necessary confirmations.
- Perform routine checks on the delivery bike to ensure good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Follow all traffic regulations and company protocols.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an FSLC / NCE / OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality dispatch is an added advantage.
- Valid rider’s permit and driver's license.
- Familiarity with Lagosroutes.
- Strong communication skills, neat appearance, and polite demeanor.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
