    Digital Marketing Executive

    Our company is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to develop marketing content, assure the execution of high-quality marketing strategies, and give creative direction, while assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts as well as the promotion of all the brands within the group. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Strategy, or a relevant field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate in devising strategies to establish a lasting connection with consumers both online and offline.
    • Orchestrate content strategies across all online platforms and produce creative content, including videos and blog posts.
    • Generate traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
    • Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and offline campaigns and prepare online newsletters and promotional emails.
    • Create compelling content, including videos and blog posts.
    • Plan, execute and optimise online marketing efforts through various digital channels, such as Google Adwords, Meta Business Suite etc., to increase company and brand awareness.
    • Conduct market research and identify target audiences to plan media campaigns.
    • Launch optimised campaigns and adverts to drive traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
    • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.) and maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
    • Monitor audience and media trends, practices, and new technologies and measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools.
    • Manage a content marketing budget and track and present campaign data such as views, click-through rates, engagements, and customer conversion rates.
    • Maintain and update customer databases and provide creative ideas for marketing and update the website.
    • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
    • Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions.

    Skills:

    • A good team player with the ability to manage internal and external partnerships.
    • Copywriting and creativity skills with experience in online community building.
    • Proficiency with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media analytics.
    • Communication and interpersonal skills with customer-facing skills.
    • Analytical skills with a data-driven analytical aptitude and an eye for detail.
    • Creative thinker with an ability to quickly adapt to change and excellent interpersonal, teamwork, negotiation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
    • The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy and intuitive, with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign. They should have an excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, working knowledge of ad serving tools and web analytics tools and an analytical mindset with critical thinking skills.

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Law or a relevant field.
    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
