Digital Marketer at Southbridge Sockets

Job functions

• Oversee and develop online marketing campaigns 
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define audience
• Devise and present ideas and strategies on digital marketing
• Maintain and update databases using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Conduct promotional exercises
• Coordinate internal marketing activities in alignment with organization’s culture
• Manage campaigns on social media
• Manage social media budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI
• Develop new social media strategies and campaigns
• Set online strategies for product launch
• Timely post on all social media platforms
• Actively engaging potential clients online
• Prompt response to DMs
• Converting enquiries to outright purchase
• Constantly liaise with photographers and graphic designers

Experience and Qualification

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, or design
• 2 years minimum working experience
• Ability to determine objectives
• Knowledge of emerging social media tools and strategies
• Social media Savvy
• Strong design skills will be an added advantage
• Attention to details
• Knowledge of best SEO practices

Work condition
