Job Description

• Coordination of the activities as it relates to the use of the Organization's standards in the Nigerian Healthcare industry.
• Coordination of regulatory developments and project management to ensure harmonization/ alignment between Regulators (NAFDAC), the Ministry of Health and Developmental partners/Donors and the Public/ Private Sector Healthcare System with respect to the Organization's standards and the implementation of healthcare supply chain traceability.
• This includes driving the implementation of the Nigeria National Pharmaceutical Traceability Strategy.
• This includes designing and implementing pilots.
• Creation of awareness on the Organization's standards and its application in the Health Sector with a view to getting stakeholders to implement its Standards in their organizations, Medical Stores/Warehouses and Healthcare Centres.
• Traceability project management from design stage to full implementation.
• Development of complex proposals, models, algorithms and costing structures for projects, supply chain pilots, traceability implementation and contributions to the development of regulations for regulators and the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry.
• Development of Training Materials
• Training of the Public Sector Healthcare, Pharma Industry Stakeholders, and solution providers on the Organization's standards and their application in the healthcare sector as per application in supply chain management, patient safety and traceability
• Training of new staff
• Selection and Training of Solution Providers on the applicability of our standards for application in the industry.
• Working with donors to leverage their local capacities while ensuring that accurate educational information is provided locally with support from them for the implementation of Nationwide traceability.
• Support of development of online training as relates to the Healthcare Industry
