    Dancer's Manager

    We are a leading hospitality and entertainment brand with a strong reputation for delivering premium nightlife experiences. Our club is home to talented performers and dancers who play a central role in creating vibrant and unforgettable nights for our guests. To strengthen this, we are looking for a Dancer’s Operations Manager who will oversee, manage, and enhance the entire dancers’ unit, ensuring professionalism, performance excellence, welfare, and smooth day-to-day operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the dancers’ unit, ensuring schedules, stage performances, and set rotations are well organized.
    • Talent & Performance Management: Supervise dancers to ensure they maintain stage presence, professionalism, and alignment with the club’s brand identity.
    • Training & Onboarding: Lead onboarding for new dancers, organize rehearsals, and coordinate with choreographers or creative leads for performance development.
    • Welfare & Discipline: Ensure dancers’ welfare is prioritized while maintaining discipline, resolving conflicts, and enforcing club rules and standards.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Team, House Mum, Head Sister, DJs, and other operations managers to create coordinated entertainment experiences.
    • Client Engagement Support: Monitor how dancers engage with guests, ensuring client satisfaction while balancing professionalism and security.
    • Revenue Support: Track performance contributions to revenue (e.g., customer engagement, table spends) and suggest strategies to increase profitability.
    • Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular reports to senior management on performance quality, challenges, staffing needs, and areas of improvement.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Previous experience in entertainment operations, nightclub/lounge management, or performance team management (experience managing dancers or performers is a strong plus).
    • Strong leadership and people management skills with emotional intelligence.
    • Ability to manage high-energy environments and think on your feet.
    • Excellent organizational and scheduling skills.
    • Ability to balance creativity with structure and discipline.
    • Strong communication skills to liaise with both performers and senior management.
    • Exposure to hospitality/nightlife industry trends is an added advantage.
