    Customer Service Representative

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a smart, customer-focused, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join their growing team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, responding to enquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer enquiries via phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-in visits.
    • Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
    • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Process customer requests and maintain accurate customer records.
    • Follow up on customer enquiries to ensure complete satisfaction.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
    • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers at all times.
    • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service, or a similar role.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong customer relationship management skills.
    • Target-driven with the ability to achieve sales objectives.
    • Good computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
    • Must reside in or around Ikeja, Ogba, Maryland, Oregun, Ojodu, Alausa, Magodo, Agege, or nearby locations.
