Job description

• Serve as the main point of contact for walk-in clients, phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on available properties, pricing, payment plans, and company services.
• Schedule property viewings and follow up with potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain client records in the company’s CRM system.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing and sales campaigns.
• Address client concerns, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department and ensure timely feedback.
• Track and document client issues for service improvement.
• Assist in processing client documentation such as application forms, contracts, and agreements.
• Work with the Accounts and Sales teams to track payments, receipts, and transactions.
• Keep updated property brochures, flyers, and promotional materials available for clients.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery.
• Prepare periodic customer service reports for management.
• Suggest initiatives to enhance the client experience and service quality.
