The Patient Services Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja, responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient services within Medicaid Radio-diagnostics & Clinics. This role manages daily patient flow, ensures quality patient care, and coordinates with clinical and administrative teams to provide a smooth, respectful, and efficient patient experience.
The Patient Services Manager supervises front-line staff, monitors service standards, addresses patient inquiries and concerns, and ensures adherence to safety, regulatory, and organizational policies.
The role also involves implementing service improvement initiatives, maintaining accurate patient service records, and supporting the integration of diagnostic services into overall patient care pathways.
The Patient Services Manager collaborates closely with nursing and medical teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to uphold the organization’s SCRIPT values.
Qualifications
Strong patient care skills, including experience in Patient Care, Quality Patient Care, and Direct Patient Care.
Background in healthcare, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and diagnostic teams.
Demonstrated ability in Training, including coaching and developing patient-facing staff.
Experience in patient services management or similar supervisory role in a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with a client-centered approach.
Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Relevant professional certification or degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related healthcare field.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, patient confidentiality requirements, and quality improvement practices.
