The ideal candidate will manage all customer's requests for services and products offered in the organization, enlighten clients on features and benefits of goods or services to be purchased, and deliver excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
Provide relevant benefits and features of products and services offered.
Documenting accurately all customer information on organization software.
Process orders efficiently and accurately.
Providing timely and consistent feedback to customers.
Soliciting and resolving customer complaints within the defined resolution timeframe.
Upselling and cross-selling to clients on products and services.
Maintain a clean ambiance of the working station and environment.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times when interacting with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in any field of study.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a customer support or marketing officer.
Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
