Key Responsibilites

• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information
• Manage customer relationships and follow up on orders
• Process orders and update customers on status
• Resolve complaints and maintain records
• Register and update customer accounts

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/Bachelors degree in Business Administration,mass Communication, or related field
• 3—5 years' customer service experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, ahd organizational skills
• CRM certification is an advantage
