The ideal candidate for CREDIT AND LOANS will grow organization’s loan portfolio and handle end-to-end loan processing, administration and disbursement.

Description

• Develop strategies to generate new business leads and manage current client’s relationships.
• Evaluate credit requests for approval.
• Analyze credit requests to establish eligibility & loan repayment structure.
• Follow up and effectively monitor disbursed loans.
• Effectively communicate deficiencies in declined loan requests to applicants.
• Prepare& present monthly portfolio at risk reports to management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience as a credit or loan officer in a financial institution.
• Ability to work independently and use initiatives
• Must be self-driven and result oriented
