    Creative Director

    Job Summary:

    • The Creative Director will lead and oversee all creative initiatives, ensuring the visual identity, messaging, and storytelling of the brand are consistent, compelling, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. This role requires a visionary leader with strong design sensibility, innovation, and the ability to translate business objectives into creative concepts across multiple platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement the company’s creative vision, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team, including designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals.
    • Oversee the creation and production of marketing campaigns, advertising, digital content, packaging, and other creative outputs.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and business teams to ensure consistency and impact of messaging across channels.
    • Present creative concepts and strategies to executives and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and ensuring approvals.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work within budget constraints.
    • Ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and resonate with the target audience.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
    • Proven experience of 4+ years in a senior creative role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative campaigns and projects.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Strong understanding of digital, print, social media, and multimedia production.
    • Ability to think strategically while maintaining an eye for detail and design excellence.
    • Strong project management skills, with experience managing budgets and cross-functional teams.
