We are seeking a dynamic Content Creator/Creative Assistant who excels in curating visually stunning content that reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity, creating high-quality visuals, videos, and graphics that showcase our projects and services. The ideal candidate will be skilled in video editing, graphic design, and social media marketing, with a deep understanding of how to craft content that captivates and engages diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Curate and create visually compelling content that aligns with the brand’s vision and elevates its perception in both African and international markets.
• Utilize team-created visuals and videos to produce content that highlights our projects, services, and company ethos.
• Strategize and execute content plans that are relevant to industry trends, company goals, and audience interests.
• Design graphics, presentations, and other creative materials to support marketing and communication efforts.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for various platforms, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with our brand identity.
• Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and posting engaging content that drives interaction and brand awareness.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and other team members to ensure content consistency and brand alignment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in content creation, video production, and social media marketing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Creative Assistant, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong graphic design skills, with experience using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, and how to create content that performs well on each.
• Ability to develop and execute content strategies that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling, with a passion for creating content that is both visually stunning and strategically effective.
• Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing, content creation, and brand development.
