Pay: N170,000 - N200,000/month 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Graphic Design & Visual Content

• Create branded social media graphics, flyers, digital products, and YouTube thumbnails using Canva.
• Ensure all visuals reflect the BOG brand identity, colors and style guide.
• Organize and maintain Canva folders for easy team collaboration.

Video Editing & Repurposing·       

• Edit long- and short-form videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
• Add branded elements like intros, text overlays, music, and captions.
• Repurpose video content into teasers, reels, and audiograms

Social Media Management

• Schedule and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and flag trends.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule using tools like Meta Business Suite, Schedule Post option on YouTube
• Assist with web analytics, tracking, and SEO improvements.

Team Collaboration & Organization

• Manage content and creative assets using Google Drive and Canva Teams
• Participate in virtual meetings and submit regular progress updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in graphic design, video editing
• Strong proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Instagram Reels, and TikTok Creator Tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)

• Experience with email marketing tools (MailerLite.) 
• SEO knowledge for websites and YouTube
• Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)
• Experience designing and editing websites WordPress.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript is a plus.
