Cost and Inventory Accountant at Primera Food Nigeria Limited

A competent  and professional COST and INVENTORY ACCOUTANT is urgently needed. The candidate will support the Finance Manager in planning, organizing and recommend strategies in ensuring that an array of tasks that are essential to the company’s operations and success are met.
Location: Agbara, Ogun State
 

Here are the essential roles of this professional:

• Track inventory from delivery to consumption, stock and waste Audit.
• Cost and Variance analysis.
• Initiate regualr stock counts.
• Suggest process improvements and cost reduction programs.
• Assist in monthly closing.
• Management Accounting.
• Cost benefits analysis.

Minimum Requirements for the Position

• University Degree / HND in Accounting, Business Administration, Social Science or Equivalent Experience as an Inventory, Stock take & Record keeping.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to be able to handle pressure and be multi-tasking.
• Experienced in applying basic accounting principles.
