Corporate Service Executive at Governance, Politics and Development (GOPOD)

Governance, Politics and Development (GOPOD) is a strategy propelled and knowledge-based solution provider in the Development Communication, Public Affairs and Political Communication space.
We are recruiting to fill the position of Corporate Service Executive.

Location: Ojodu, Lagos.

Job Summary

• Corporate Service Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing GOPOD’s strategic plans in accordance with the companies mission and vision. 
• Managing the administration function of the company, and coordinating office processes and
• procedures to ensure organisational and operational effectiveness and efficiency. 
• Managing all aspects of the HR function within the company including the training, together with management of information and IT systems and the facilities management. 
• Ensure appropriate and timely communication across all levels throughout the company.
• Responsible for carrying out analysis on complex resource management issues and initiatives that concern the organization, and prepare associated reports, correspondence, and submissions to senior management. 
• The corporate service executive will have the ability and experience to motivate and drive the teams and colleagues to achieve both the overall company targets and key performance objectives. 
• Responsible for overseeing the formulation and implementation of plans, policies, and processes.
• Responsible for conducting commercial activities as required.
• Responsible for coordinating aspects related to hiring commercial and residential facilities, lease management, and rental payments.
• Responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive corporate security policy.

Qualification

• Suitable candidate must have Admin/HR, Finance or legal background, having a degree in the social sciences, management sciences or law. 
• Preferably a member of ICSA, ICAN or CIPM.
• Must be a goal getter and Type A personality, with minimum of verifiable 3years relevant experience. 
• Candidate should reside within Ikeja axis of Lagos state.
