Content & Brand Associate at Sparkle Nigeria

As our Content & Brand Associate your job is to help us grow awareness and customer acquisition for Sparkle Business, the business banking arm of our service.

What you get to do everyday 

• Content Creating: - You’ll spend most of your time using your knowledge of media platforms (including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok and Medium) as well as your writing skills to create boundary-pushing, attention-grabbing content for Sparkle Business. You’ll also be responsible for creating web and email campaigns, using A/B testing and reporting results.  
• Campaign development and delivery: You’ll also spend time researching and developing avant-garde campaign ideas for Sparkle Business. 
• Performance Improvement: You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to let them know what’s working and what’s not to assist in running more engaging and efficient ads and marketing initiatives for Sparkle Business. You’ll also spend time reviewing our data to find interesting trends and helping us tell our stories better. 
• Research & Analytics: You’ll use a data-driven approach to identify, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to efficiently acquire a larger audience. You’ll be responsible for analysing all Sparkle Business marketing campaigns and track performance goals on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.  
• Strategy: You’ll work with the Communications and Partnerships Lead to develop effective marketing strategies for Sparkle Business.

Do Apply If: 

• You have spent some time creating all kinds of content: Experience working with new and existing brands in either an advertising environment or directly with brands. You should have a good understanding of the creative process and are either self-taught or have formal training in creating copy and written content.  
• You know your way around social media channels, web and email platforms. You know the ins and outs of all social media platforms, web and email platforms, what works on each platform and what kind of content will work for each of those platforms.   
• You love creating content & you’ve got a good eye for it. We’re looking for someone who loves creating tweets, captions, and written content. You’ll do great if you’re a born creative and looking for a way to make an influence in a company that values collaboration and encourages innovation.  
• Have a knack for strategy. Strategy helps us know the best way to do things. You love planning and you are innovative and data-driven about it.
