    Concierge / Hostess

    Job Summary

    • We are currently seeking a Concierge to be the first point of contact for our VIPs and guests, ensuring they are well-attended to from arrival to departure.
    • As our Concierge, you will act as the bridge between guests and our operations, ensuring every visit is smooth, personalized, and memorable.
    • You will support table reservations, guest check-ins, special requests, logistics, and customer service escalations with calm professionalism and a warm attitude.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome all guests warmly upon arrival, especially VIPs, returning guests, and first-timers.
    • Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and seating preferences efficiently—either directly or in coordination with the Host/Hostess and Floor Supervisor.
    • Handle special guest requests (e.g. birthday arrangements, discreet entry, bottle service, security escorts, private room set-up, etc.)
    • Coordinate with security, service staff, and wait teamto ensure a seamless guest experience.
    • Act as a point of contact for high-profile guests, offering personalized recommendations, conflict resolution, and aftercare follow-ups.
    • Support entry list management, pre-booked guests, and oversee general flow at the entrance.
    • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and high discretion at all times.
    • Help manage incident reports or customer complaints with empathy and efficient communication.
    • Stay informed about all offerings—menus, entertainment schedules, theme nights, promotions—to keep guests well-informed.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a similar role (hospitality, nightlife, hotel, or upscale customer service)
    • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and guest-facing skills
    • High emotional intelligence and strong presence under pressure
    • Smart and presentable grooming standard
    • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be able to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required
    • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional—especially when dealing with VIPs or sensitive requests
    • Tech-savvy (familiar with reservation apps, WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) is a plus.
