    Community Manager

    Regus is the largest provider of flexible workplace solutions in the world.

    We are recruiting to fill the role of "Community Manager" on a "1 year CONTRACT BASIS" 
    Location: Abuja (But Lagos residence are advised to apply - Note: Relocating to Abuja is on Applicants expense if employed)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • You ensure your centre is a great place to work for customers:
    • organising events
    • making sure customer billing is accurate
    • ensuring that new customers settle in happily
    • resolving any customer issues quickly

    • Professionalism
    • You take pride in making sure your centre is run professionally & to Regus standards
    • You are inspiring with people and recruit & train new Regus team members
    • Commercial Growth
    • You look for opportunities to help existing customers expand
    • You tour new customers welcoming them into your community

    Qualification 

    • Graduate – BA/BSc/HND
    • Minimum of 3 year experience in Customer Service
